Shipping

We have hired a shipping company named Fulfill Plus, based out of Houston, TX to do our shipping.  They're much better at it than us.  However, In order to offer our shirts at such a low cost to you, we have to keep a limited amount of shirts in stock.  So, we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for shipping, giving us enough time to make the shirt if we don't have it in stock.  Due to the nature of this system, we do not offer any faster/expedited shipping as of right now. 

We ship USPS and UPS to ship our shirts, depending on which method you choose during checkout.

It''s really as easy as baking a tasty cookie...you know...the kind that you just take out of the package and slap on the cookie sheet, and 16-18 minutes later or when the crust is golden brown, you have cookies...MMMmmmm delicious!

International orders: We only ship to the US and Canada. Due to an extremely high volume of fraudulent orders from foreign countries, we can no longer afford to accept orders from over seas. We understand that there are people across the pond that want to be random too and we''re really sorry. We hope in the future to be able to ship internationally again, but for now sorry. Those mean people with stolen credit cards ruined it for everyone!

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all items. Item must be returned in new condition. New is defined as unworn and unwashed.  A restocking fee of $5.75 per  order will be charged for all returns and exchanges.

Instructions:  You must purchase the restocking fee individually.   Add it to your cart using the button below and pay the fee online.  Then ship your shirt back to the address below with a copy of your receipt (order confirmation email).  If you are exchanging a shirt, be sure to include  a note that says what you are exchanging for.  (remember to tell us the shirt you need and the size you need!)  If you are returning an item, your card will be refunded when we receive your shirts.  Email questions to order@randomshirts.com

What about over the phone?

We do not have a customer service phone number for you to order over the phone because we just don't have the man power to offer that service right now.  If you need to contact us click here.

Pick up?

We are strictly an online store as of right now.  We do not have the staff to accommodate customers coming to our shop, and we also can't have any customers die in our shop...for insurance purposes!  We hope to get our product in stores in the future, but for now we are strictly online.

Our Quality

What we use:

Randomshirts is committed to giving you great customer service, a totally sweet tee at a great price, and superb quality! We mainly use two different types of shirts.  We use a 50% cotton  50% polyester blend for our regular tees, and we use a 50/50 American Apparel Blend on select shirts. For our Girl Tees section we use American Apparel 100% Combed Cotton shirts.

Print Quality:  Most of our shirts are printed with a slight "vintage" faded look.  Very hip.  We only use the highest quality of inks so our designs won''t come off in the wash!

Brands: Our 50/50 shirts are usually printed on either Hanes or Fruit of the Loom.  We also use American Apparel on select shirts.

How do they fit?

Well, the 50/50 fits like a normal tee-shirt while the American Apparel shirts have a vintage slim cut.  See the size charts below for specs.  If you are still unsure how they fit, we suggest going into your closet and finding a tee shirt that is either a Hanes or Fruit of the Loom and chances are....that''ll be the size you need for the 50/50''s.  For the American Apparel shirts, if you like them tight then get the same size you would for the 50/50's, if you like them loose then get one size bigger!  Same goes for the girly American Apparel shirts.
