Terms and Conditions
When you submit an idea to Random Shirts, you are agreeing to these terms: You grant Random Shirts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sub-license) to copy, distribute, publicly display, reproduce and create derivative works from your submitted idea (meaning things based on it), anywhere, in any medium, for any purpose, including a commercial purpose.
You are also giving users of our website(s) the right to copy, distribute, publicly display, reproduce and create derivative works from your idea. Random Shirts is not responsible if it's not really yours or if you infringe on others' rights; you will be responsible if there are any costs for that.
All submissions made to Random Shirts become the property of Random Shirts and may be used without further permission by the submitter and without compensation to the submitter.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit anything to RandomShirts.com. Thank you.
In our 2019 inventory liquidation sale, all sales are final with no returns or exchanges. Obviously, we will make some exceptions to this if there was a clear oversight on our end (wrong size, poor quality print, etc.). There will be some variants in color (purple shirt vs. pink shirt, black ink vs. blue ink) and we will try to notify customers when there will be a discrepancy. However, by placing an order you accept that there might be differences.
We thank you for your business and the goal of this sale is to get the quality and stock under control. We look forward to the future!
